What payment methods are available ?
You can make the payment through credit/debit card.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Order are shipped within 24 hours of placing it and it can only be cancelled before it is shipped.
What if the product colour is not as shown in the picture?
All pictures on our website are a representation of the actual products. We attempt to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and different digital devices you might be using, the colour in the image may vary slightly from the actual colour of the product. Please review all the images of the product you desire BEFORE placing your order, as we do not accept responsibility for slight variations in colour or style.
Is it necessary to create an account for order placement ?
It’s not necessary to create an account to place your order. However, signing up with us will only take a few minutes and make your next shopping experiences much more convenient and quicker. We will save your address and other details so that you don’t have to enter them when you shop with us again. This way you’ll also be able to track your order, review your past purchases and manage your email preferences.
How long does it take to dispatch the order ?

Orders are processed as soon as possible and dispatched usually within 2 days (excluding weekends).

 

Please note in exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take longer but every effort will be made to complete and dispatch your order promptly.

How long does it take to dispatch orders for pre-booked or restocked products ?
Pre-booked orders will be shipped on the launch date of the collection. Orders placed during restock will be shipped as per the date mentioned on the relevant product page.
How long do you take to deliver the order ?

Our standard delivery time is 3-4 business days within United Kingdom. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the city and availability of the customer.

 

For order shipped international, the delivery time can vary from 3 to 11 working days depending on your country.

What if I miss the delivery of my order ?
Our courier will make three attempts to deliver your order and they will get in touch with you through your provided contact details to know about your availability. After three attempts your parcel will be returned to us.
Can I make return my order and get a refund?
Refunds will only be issued if the delivered product is damaged and the customer does not want a replacement. In all other cases, A Store Gift Card will be issued to the customer. Please note that slight variation in color will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Can I return or exchange the sale Items ?
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless the merchandize is defective.
Wash & Dry Clean Instructions
Chiffon
Chiffon comes in many types but generally use low temperature for all chiffon. However, the fabric is still delicate enough that it should be hand washed with cold water only and never run through a washing machine.
Cotton
Any good detergent can be used to wash cotton. Cotton can be easily laundered. It can withstand high temperatures. A higher heat setting is needed in the dryer to dry cotton. Cotton will take much longer to dry than less absorbent fibers.
Net
Cotton nets should be washed in hot water. Cool wash for synthetics net. Do not wring. Dress nets should be cool washed by hand or dry cleaned.
Organza
Dry clean or wash with great care as fabric is delicate. Drip dry if washed.
Viscose
Viscose is used mainly for fine, fashionable articles and linings. Colored’s and prints should always be washed separately from other articles. Dry cleaning is recommended as viscose weakens in water. If material has lustrous or deep look to it care must be taken when ironing it will readily shine. Hand wash or Cool machine wash 40 degrees or Dry-clean
